At Brooklyn Plunge, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy under the following conditions:
**1. Defective Parts Exchange**
- If any part of your order is defective, we will exchange it free of charge.
- Please contact our customer service team at Help@brooklynplunge.com within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate an exchange.
- Provide a detailed description of the defect and include any relevant photos to expedite the process.
**2. Refunds**
- If you are seeking a refund for your order, you must notify us within 30 days of receiving your order.
- You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
- A restocking fee of up to 15% of the original purchase price will be deducted from your refund. for any product that has been opened.
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Please note that the refund amount will be credited to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
