At Brooklyn Plunge, we strive to deliver your order as efficiently as possible. Our shipping methods vary based on the items purchased:

1. UPS Shipping

• Items shipped via UPS typically take 3-7 business days from the date of pick up.
• No appointment is required for UPS deliveries.

2. LTL Truck Services

• Items shipped via LTL truck services typically take 7-14 business days.
• An appointment is usually required for LTL deliveries, and the carrier will contact you to schedule it.

Important Note:

• The chiller must sit upright for 24 hours before first use to ensure proper functionality.
